Kindermusik for the Young Child 2nd year in Springboro Mondays 6:30-7:30

In the 2nd year, Kindermusik for the Young Child students continue their note reading and composition skills on the glockenspiel while also learning to transfer what they have learned to 2 more instrument.  Students will build their very own dulcimer and learn how what they already know transfers to a string instrument.  In the second half of the year, they learn to play the recorder.  By the end of their second year of Young Child, students have learned about all the instrument families, can read music on the treble clef staff and can play songs on three different instruments.  The last few weeks of the shcool year, we explore the piano keyboard.  Students must complete year one in order to take year two.

Skill Level: Must have completed Kindermusik for the Young
Materials Included: one time $75 material fee includes Dulcimer, Recorder, folder and weekly home activity materials
Requirements: Must have completed Kindermusik for the Young Child year 1, parent or caregiver must participate in 15 minute sharing time at end of each class, school year commitment.
